An oceanfront condo remade as a restorative home by the water.

A full renovation of an oceanfront condo in Naples, Bay Colony was designed to let the water lead. The clients came to the property during the pandemic, drawn less to the original 1980s condo than to what it could become: a restorative second home shaped by light, air, and the ocean beyond its windows.

The work was a true reimagining: walls moved, the kitchen opened into a light-filled place for daily life, and the rooms were layered in white oak, stone, woven rattan, soft leather, and a considered art collection. The home leans Southern California more than Florida resort, restrained, relaxed, and highly edited.
